Through personalized 1:1 coaching, journaling, and proven tools, I'll help you move from stuck and overwhelmed to confident, clear, and intentional.

On these 1:1 Coaching Video Calls, I will personally help you:

  • Determine what negative mindsets you're living with daily.
  • Provide you with materials that will help make changes to these mindsets.
  • Discuss these materials and mindsets to facilitate further changes.
  • Give you guidance to daily journaling and discuss further breakthroughs.

One to Six Coaching:

Start your journey toward calmer, more confident living with a supportive small-group coaching experience.
Over 26 weeks, you’ll explore the root causes of anxiety and build practical tools to manage stress, strengthen self-awareness, and foster emotional resilience.

Each weekly session focuses on a key theme — from identifying patterns and triggers to mastering mindfulness, relaxation, and cognitive behavioral techniques. You’ll be guided step-by-step through evidence-based practices, supported by a small, connected group of peers (1 coach : 6 participants) for deeper accountability and growth.
